Feb 21, 2022, marks the first-anniversary celebration of 53 Café House, which was celebrated with close family & friends. The event was pompously celebrated with a live music performance, award ceremony, and was open to all the pre-existing customers of the café.
Reminiscing the moment Syed Aabish Hassan, the owner of the 53 Café House said, “This time last year we stood in an empty cafe with no staff, no customers, and no reputation, on the verge of opening their first-ever business in a city diving into the hospitality sector just after the vigorous pandemic wave and now here we stand with everything intact.”
Since starting the vision was simple; target people who love spending under sky time in the fresh air, and thus became the idea much cherished. Situated in the heart of Patna, 53 Café House soon became the new fish in the bowl slowly gaining limelight. The ornamentation of the restaurant connected well with the youth. The fairy lights, bean bags, vintage car, and OTT photo background gave a voguish look to the café. Starting in 2021, within a few months 53 Café House has become the talk of the town.
Looking at the year around their experience was equally riveting as full of challenges, constituting micro and macro hurdles. Another partner Rahul Ranjan said It was not that people got curious in the first go but slowly with our lunches getting a little bit busier at the weekends, with afternoon teas and our evening special multi-cuisine snacks brought greater attention of the masses. Our guests were loving our ambiance and food together as we saw them coming back with more friends.
Well said, the café has never skipped a chance to bring lush of happiness for their customers, be it a social event, Christmas celebration, or national festival. 53 Café house has always been on top of it. Director of Events, Aliwaris Khan a young talented prodigy, is another highly creative man behind the sheer creativity that makes the café different from the rest. He said creativity is playing with your intelligence, the more you use it, the more fun it is. He addressed the thematic changes that the café undergoes to connect well with the mood of the people.
